Charlotte Rosenberg has been a leading figure in graphic facilitation in Denmark for over ten years. Through her agency Visual Strategies, she transforms strategic complexity into clear, engaging visual metaphors. As a certified facilitator in The Work of Byron Katie, she integrates personal development and coaching into her sessions and workshops, working with leadership teams, creative groups, and individuals. Combining strategy, process design, and inner work, Charlotte guides clients to uncover blind spots, shift behavioral patterns, and sharpen priorities. She collaborates with illustrators to craft tailor-made visual tools—ranging from classic sketches to interactive virtual formats.

Liselotte Lyngsø - a founding partner at Future Navigator, is a dynamic futurist and keynote speaker known for her ability to inspire and visualize future possibilities. With 18 years of global speaking and moderation experience, she advises organizations such as the Lifeboat Foundation and contributes to the NMC Technology Outlook. In 2024, she was recognized as the world’s #14 futurist. Liselotte collaborates with Supertrends on systematic trendspotting and co-hosts the Supertrends podcast series with Lars Tvede for the Danish Chamber of Commerce and its 18,000 member companies. She authored insight pieces like Fast Company: This Is What Work Will Look Like in 2100. Previously, she held leadership roles at Fahrenheit 212 (IKEA’s scenario-planning division) and the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. She holds an M.Phil. from Oxford University.

Henrik is a renowned leadership advisor, coach, and facilitator who helps companies adopt a leadership mindset that elevates their business. Since 2002, he has worked with numerous international clients to create human-centered organizations that are responsive to customer needs and empowered to make a difference. He holds an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and has extensive experience with both private and public organizations. Over the years, Henrik has been involved in various MBA programs and served as a lecturer at the University of Copenhagen. Currently, he is a censor at technical universities in Denmark. He was previously honored with “Change Program of the Year” by the Danish Management Council and, in the same year, named “Consultant of the Year” by the leading Danish business publication Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin.

Daniel is an international futurist, technology advisor, and CEO of XAI Group, an AI consulting firm. With expertise in AI, the Metaverse, digital transformation, and digital marketing, he delivers impactful lectures and workshops worldwide. Daniel is the author of Media Theory and Grow Your Business, and co-author (with Lars Tvede) of Hyperintelligence. He has held key roles such as Country Manager for Meta and Group Director at Ooredoo. He is also founding co-host of the futurist podcast series Mindblowers. As a Supertrends expert, he focuses on AI and media, blending his background in music publishing with cutting-edge technology insights.

Peter is a respected management coach and founder of Impactt, guiding executives and organizations toward strategic growth and operational excellence. Since 2005, he has supported clients in leadership development and team building, leveraging his background as an officer from the Royal Danish Air Force Officer School and a psychology degree from the University of Copenhagen, plus over a decade at Novo Nordisk as an HR manager, where he developed global employee surveys, leadership programs, and conducted over 300 organizational audits. He has taught MBA students at EADA (Barcelona), instructed HR strategy at PwC Academy, and advised OMX-listed companies. Peter contributed to the award-winning 2003 action learning project at Novo Nordisk.

Henrik is a seasoned leadership trainer and founder of TeamExpert, specializing in building high-performance teams with a focus on communication and resilience. Since 2009, he has drawn on his experience as a former Danish Navy SEAL to empower organizations across various sectors, delivering tailored training programs. With a background from the Royal Danish Naval Academy and an MSc in Human Resource Management Development, he serves as TeamExpert’s global leader. For over 20 years, TeamExpert has specialized in creating high-performance teams using tools from the business, military, and academic worlds, with a particular focus on military feedback models, having trained over 10,000 teams. His practical expertise and military training shape his approach to fostering team dynamics and leadership, driving change through execution, action, and immediately applicable strategies.

Morten is a creative leadership consultant and co-founder of Banff People, renowned for designing innovative leadership and organizational development programs. Since 1999, he has leveraged his 20 years of media industry experience, producing ads and TV programs, to inspire clients like Novo Nordisk, Haldor Topsøe, and Nordea. 

Pierre began his professional journey as a European-level downhill skier, even coaching the French-speaking Swiss ski team for three years. He then spent over 30 years in investment banking—starting in London and later leading teams in Geneva—where he honed deep financial, strategic, and leadership skills.
